How can we be sure that one of your applicants can do the work?
We have a carefully designed system which involves interviews, assessments, a course and work placements. This enables us to accurately observe peoples skills. By spending time with an employer, we can find out the skills you need in your staff and then match the right person to your vacancy.
I haven't got time to do this!
All you have to do is tell us what you need and we will do the rest.
I don't know anything about learning difficulties!
You don't have to! We will give you all the information and support you need to do with the person's disability.
What if it goes wrong?
DON'T PANIC! If you come across any difficulties or problems, tell us! YOU are in charge! You don't have to train or employ anyone you don't want to.
