HOW DOES IT WORK?
It concentrates on finding out what a person wants to do and where his or her talents lie. A personal profile is compiled which looks at personal qualities and an employment opportunity is introduced which matches the profile. Personal qualities which can be problematic in one setting can be advantageous in another.
People are then taught all the skills they need - in the best place of all to learn - the workplace. Ongoing support is provided to help each person get and keep a job to the employer's satisfaction and the focus is on exploring all options until success is achieved.
